So as a vegan, I can’t have ice cream as everyone else knows it. Last night I created my own ice cream by mistake. Okay, so step 1) place frozen blueberries into a container/cup whatever 2) pour in coconut milk, it will all be solid in less then a minute 3) turn it upside down into a plate/bowl 4) top with granola or flax seeds or whatever 5) enjoy because it’s fucking amazing :)
